intimate surgeryThese surgeries are still not well known due to the embarrassment of the patient to talk about it to her physician, but as a female team we understand completely its importance to you & we have the solutions.

Pubic Lift or Liposuction:
This procedure is more common after pregnancies & deliveries due to the saggy pubis with/without fat accumulation in this area, it is more common after Caesarian Section surgery.
In this case the treatment for the pubic lift is by a short incision similar to the Caesarian Section scar or through it if it exists already or through the Tummy tuck old scar to remove the excess of skin and pull up the pubis.
We can contribute the liposuction to the pubic lift if needed or it can be done separately if no excess of skin.
The anesthesia, scaring & complications are similar to those of Tummy Tuck & liposuction surgery.
Recovery: you will need around 1 week or less to go back to work.

Labia Majora volume enhancement or augmentation:
With the aging process, pregnancies & deliveries or due to its natural look since puberty the Labia Majora may look smaller than the labia Minora which gives an embarrassing appearance for the woman that can be treated by Fat Transfer (natural look & touch) or with the Hyaluronic Acid (Filler) to restore the loss of volume & give more confidence to the woman.
The anesthesia, scaring, complications are similar to the Fat Transfer surgery.
Recovery: you will need 2-3 days to go back to work.

Labia Minora reduction:
With the aging process, pregnancies & deliveries or due to its natural look since puberty the labia Minora may look uneven, asymmetrical or bigger than the Labia Majora which lead to irritation & pain with clothing, walking or during the intercourse. This can be treated by a surgical reduction that need a specific post op care to avoid any infection or wound dehiscence & to reduce the pain.
The anesthesia is general, scaring will be invisible in a short period after the absorption of the dissolvable stitches, the complications like any scar: infection, wound dehiscence, bleeding, etc.
Recovery: you will need around 1 week to go back to work (sitting may stay painful for a longer time).
